Sirnaomics Establishes External Scientific Advisory Board, Assembling World-Class Experts to Empower Pipeline R&D
Sirnaomics Ltd. (“Sirnaomics” or the “Company”, stock code: 2257) announced that its Board of Directors voluntarily established an External Scientific Advisory Board (the “Scientific Advisory Board” or “SAB”) on 21 July 2026. The SAB is dedicated to providing independent, authoritative scientific guidance for the Group’s therapeutic pipeline R&D programs, bolstering the Company’s sustained in-depth exploration and innovative breakthroughs in the field of RNA therapeutics.
This newly formed Scientific Advisory Board brings together five internationally renowned, preeminent interdisciplinary authorities, constructing a top-tier empowerment matrix that integrates four critical dimensions: foundational technology breakthroughs, clinical strategic planning, cross-border regulatory compliance, and global business development.
The SAB lineup includes the founder of the PNP delivery platform and the original inventor of GalNAc-targeted delivery technology, reinforcing the proprietary core technology moat for the Company’s self-developed nucleic acid drugs. Two senior clinical academic leaders, with deep expertise in cutting-edge translational research in oncology, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, excel at pipeline top-level strategic planning and clinical value reshaping. The team also incorporates a former senior FDA reviewer, highly proficient in the regulatory systems of both the U.S. FDA and China’s NMPA, capable of precisely formulating end-to-end strategies for new drug application and approval in both regions.
All members have held senior positions at multinational pharmaceutical corporations (MNCs), are deeply embedded in the global biopharmaceutical industry ecosystem, and possess extensive international networks and hands-on experience in business cooperation – a core and highly valuable advantage of this SAB.
Leveraging the members’ profound MNC backgrounds and global industry resource networks, the SAB will deeply empower the Company’s business development (BD) activities. It will precisely broker connections with top-tier overseas pharmaceutical companies and efficiently drive the implementation of various industrial collaborations, including cross-border licensing, joint R&D, commercialization partnerships, and overseas market distribution. This will open up critical pathways for Sirnaomics’ global commercial layout, forming a full-chain, closed-loop support system spanning technology R&D, clinical development, regulatory filing and approval, to overseas commercial cooperation, thereby comprehensively solidifying the Company’s core competitiveness for international development.
The profiles of the five experts are as follows
