Sirnaomics, Inc. is pushing for clinical proof-of-concept studies for its multi-targeted siRNA therapeutic programs. A unique strength of the company is its strong ties with Chinese biomedicine community and it will provide Sirnaomics with the advantage of starting clinical trials in China soon. The company is intended to start the first human testing of multi-targeted siRNA therapeutics for treatment of blind causing diseases in China sometime next year.

Multi-Targeted siRNA Cocktail Therapeutic Products

This “Tri-Blocker” design has allowed us to have siRNA-based Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) as multi-targeted therapeutics for treatment of various critical human diseases.

The company currently has five siRNA therapeutic products in development:

1) STP-601 for Ocular Neovascularization Diseases: multi-targeted siRNA injectable for treating AMD, PDR and HSK;

2) STP-702 for pandemic flu: multi-targeted siRNA areosolation to treat influenza infection;

3) STP-705 for wound healing: multi-targeted siRNA cream to improve wound healing with less scar formation;

4) STP-503 for cancer treatment: multi-targeted siRNA local injectable to treat solid tumor;

5) STP-801 for solid organ transplant: multi-targeted siRNA cocktail to improve organ transplantation.
